With over 25 years of experience in web radiology, RamSoft is dedicated to delivering award-winning, fully customizable, feature-rich solutions for healthcare providers around the world. We\'re currently seeking a Content or Copy Writer to join our Marketing team!

We are looking for a multi-faceted, creative yet technical writer who can generate compelling copy for multiple channels including emails, social media, PR, blogs and has either developed white papers, video scripts, website copy, case studies and eBooks or is passionate about creating these among others.

We encourage you to either include a link to your writing portfolio with your application or upload some writing samples that you created.

Where will you work?

RamSoft is headquartered in downtown Toronto. This is a hybrid role, with an average of 1-2 days in office per week.

What will you do?

• Collaborate with Director of Marketing in developing and managing the annual content plan
• Create outlines and content such as press releases, PPC ad copy, social media updates, and email blasts; content for webpages, PRs and blogs
• Work with the Director to lead the creation and production of marketing collateral such as whitepapers, brochures, case studies etc.
• Edit and proofread content
• Engage and support members of the marketing and other cross functional teams for content creation, when needed
• Own and manage all content and collateral in a central repository with planned regular audits
• Ensure all content creation is aligned with RamSoft\xe2\x80\x99s target audience, segments, and positioning strategiesA
• Assist digital team with SEO improvement through content revisions
• Understanding of customer and their buying lifecycle
• Assist in other content creation scenarios such as sales enablement material, product marketing collateral and corporate communications
• Perform other related duties as required

What will you bring to RamSoft?

• A degree in Creative Writing, English, Communications, Journalism, or related field or an equivalent experience in product marketing, media/PR or content writing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Demonstrated knowledge of SEO and SEM
• Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
• Strong time and project management skills with working knowledge of project management tools
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly and understand RamSoft\'s products, features, target audience and services
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a team and independently
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite

Current students or recent graduates with background in communications or medical imaging are encouraged to apply

What will make you REALLY stand out?

• Experience in advertising or communications
• A background in healthcare and/or technology
• Knowledge in Pardot, Salesforce or comparable inbound marketing platform
• Knowledge in WordPress or any other Web Management System or CMS
• Experience conducting keyword research (SEO)
• Experience working for a B2B or SaaS company
• Written Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese or French
