We're looking for a creative and research-driven
Social Media Content Writer
to help develop engaging, real estate-focused content ideas. This role is all about spottingtrending topics online
and adapting themuniquely for individual real estate agents and brands
.Responsibilities:
Research trending topics, formats, and conversations across social media and the internet Identify trends that can be adapted to the real estate industry Write original social media content ideas and captions tailored to individual agents (no copy-paste content) Adjust tone and messaging to match different personalities, locations, and audiences Stay up to date with real estate, marketing, and social media trends Collaborate to refine content based on feedback
Requirements:
Strong writing skills with attention to tone and clarity Experience researching trends on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Ability to creatively adapt trends while keeping content original Understanding of real estate concepts (or willingness to learn quickly) Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
Nice to Have:
Previous experience writing content for real estate professionals Familiarity with short-form video trends and hooks Experience creating content calendars or content ideas in bulk
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.20-$39.34 per hour
Work Location: In person
