We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Brampton, ON Office.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for generating quality written materials for organization's website.
• Assist in creating visual content/ elements to go along with written material and ensure SEO best practices are followed.
• Write SEO-focused copy for blogs, social media accounts, guides, landing pages and more
• Publish and update content on our website that meets the needs of our audience.
• Manage our social media channels and build an engaged following.
• Research the latest business trends and challenges.
• Share ideas that shape our marketing strategy at large.
• Work closely and effectively with our teams to communicate ideas, thoughts and strategies regarding content.
• Execute and deliver a wide range of content according to company's necessities.
• Research, brainstorm, and pitch creative and compelling article topics
• Proofread, edit, and submit all content for accuracy and quality prior to publication.
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
• Work with our internal teams to identify opportunities and plan improvements to existing content and internal processes

• 3+ years' writing experience, preferably working for blogs, news organizations, magazines, or other publications.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to tailor content for each target audience
• Able to absorb new material quickly.
• Proven ability to manage projects and juggle a diverse workload while meeting all deadlines.
• Strong SEO knowledge
• You may additionally share samples of published web pages/ sample content.
