What You'll Own
Content Strategy
Plan monthly content themes and campaigns aligned with our brand story, product launches, and e-commerce goals.
Develop a content calendar for social media (e.g., Instagram, Pinterest), email, website, and digital campaigns using tools like Asana or Google Sheets.
Identify storytelling opportunities to elevate our luxury brand image and boost engagement.
Content Production & Coordination
Brief, manage, and coordinate freelancers (e.g., videographers, editors, designers, UGC creators) to produce high-quality assets.
Repurpose content into multiple formats (e.g., ads, Reels, email sequences, blogs, lifestyle features).
Ensure all content aligns with Light House Co's premium aesthetic, voice, and accessibility standards.
Performance & Optimization
Monitor creative performance across channels using tools like Google Analytics or Meta Insights.
Suggest data-driven optimizations and new content angles based on metrics like engagement rates and conversions.
Stay ahead of trends in home decor and luxury lifestyle marketing.
Note: This role focuses on content strategy and creation. Experience with paid ads is a plus but not required.
Who We're Looking For
3-5+ years in content marketing, growth marketing, or similar roles, preferably in e-commerce or luxury brands.
Strong understanding of how content drives audience engagement and conversions in digital channels.
Proven ability to write conversion-focused copy with a premium brand tone.
Experience managing remote creatives or freelancers in a collaborative environment.
Comfortable building systems and processes in a dynamic, supportive team.
Bonus: Familiarity with luxury, lifestyle, or home decor markets; skills in SEO or basic graphic tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe).
