BellaVix is a marketplace management agency focused on helping established consumer brands scale on Amazon and Walmart. We're looking for a strategic and creative leader to own our content engine. This isn't about volume. It's about clarity, influence, and authority.
We need a Content Marketing Manager who can drive demand, establish credibility, and fill the gaps in email marketing, thought leadership, and distribution.

This position reports directly to the Co-Founder and plays a key role in BellaVix's visibility, credibility, and growth.

Expectations
A successful Content Marketing Manager at BellaVix will:
Content Leadership & Strategy
Own the content strategy across email, blog, video, and web
Build and manage a clear editorial calendar in ClickUp
Lead seasonal and campaign-based content pushes (Prime Day, BFCM, launches, etc.)
Create structure, assign briefs, and work with team contributors to get work over the finish line
Direct and shape thought leadership content from the CEO and executive team
Email Marketing & Demand Generation
Build lead nurture sequences, broadcast campaigns, and newsletters
Write and test subject lines, CTAs, and flows for performance
Own email strategy and performance metrics with support from HubSpot
Segment and manage lists for better targeting and engagement
Content Creation & Distribution
Lead development of case studies, guides, and SEO-driven blog content
Repurpose blog and longform into LinkedIn posts, YouTube scripts, and short-form clips
Ensure voice, tone, and structure are consistent across all channels
Collaborate with design, SEO, and video teams to bring content to life
Measurement & Optimization
Track performance using GA4, HubSpot, and Semrush
Identify gaps, test new ideas, and iterate fast
Regularly review what's driving traffic, leads, and trust--and what's not
Responsibilities
As the Content Marketing Manager, you'll be the driver behind our brand's voice and visibility.
? Email Marketing Strategy and ExecutionOwn the email channel. Create flows, manage campaigns, and build engagement that converts.
? Content Calendar and Campaign OwnershipLead planning and execution for high-impact campaigns and steady content delivery.
? Thought Leadership and Authority BuildingWork with the CEO and senior team to translate POVs into content that resonates.
? Team Collaboration and ManagementDirect internal contributors and manage workflows across design, SEO, and copy.
? SEO and Blog StrategyGuide and structure blog content with strong search intent and brand alignment.
? Measurement and ReportingTrack KPIs and content performance. Adjust and improve continuously.

Required Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in B2B content marketing
Strong writing and editing skills across short and long-form formats
Experience building and managing email marketing campaigns
Comfortable with HubSpot, GA4, Semrush, ClickUp, and either Webflow or WordPress
Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage timelines across multiple contributors
Familiarity with SEO principles, content performance tracking, and content repurposing
Strong communication skills and self-management in a remote setting
Nice to Have
Amazon or Walmart marketplace knowledge
Experience with podcast or YouTube content
Affiliate, influencer, or partner marketing experience
Past work on landing pages, case studies, and gated content
