About The Role



AspenClean is looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our content strategy and social media presence, leading creative campaigns that build brand awareness, engage our community of partners, and drive customer growth. You'll manage a range of projects across platforms--from social content and influencer partnerships to product storytelling and creative campaign execution. You'll collaborate with designers, creators, and marketing leads to produce compelling brand content that reflects AspenClean's mission toward a healthy home, and healthy planet.

The ideal candidate has a strong creative eye, lives and breathes social media, and has a deep understanding of how digital culture moves--from emerging formats and algorithms to creator communities and platform-specific trends. You're creatively driven and strategically minded, with a sharp eye for storytelling and a feel for what resonates online. With a genuine interest in wellness, sustainability, and clean living, you're ready to shape AspenClean's voice across platforms and bring culturally relevant ideas to life.

Responsibilities



Lead AspenClean's digital and social media strategy across all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest) Create, curate, and manage engaging, high-quality content--including text, imagery, and short-form video Develop creative copy and visuals for digital ads, email, website, and retail placements, collaborating with designers, photographers and UGC creators as needed Plan and execute creative campaigns that are culturally relevant, on-brand and drive revenue growth Build and manage a content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, and seasonal opportunities Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all marketing channels Discover, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers, creators and affiliates who align with our brand and have the potential to convert their audience into customers Stay up to date with social trends, platform-specific changes and cultural innovation to keep AspenClean's content fresh and relevant Identify areas of opportunity within existing processes to improve internal efficiency & effectiveness

Requirements



2-3 years of experience in creative brand marketing, social media, or content creation Proven success in digital content strategy that demonstrates growth and engagement Deep understanding of best practices in social media and brand communication Experience managing influencer and affiliate partnerships, and coordinating creative teams (contracts, development of content briefs etc.) Strong writing skills, with a flair for brand storytelling A knack for visuals and skills in design (Figma, InDesign, Canva) Familiar with social analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Later, etc.) Highly organized with strong project management abilities Experience in the wellness, clean living, or sustainable product space is a plus Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
