We run ad campaigns (mostly Meta, Google, and LinkedIn) for both online and local businesses. Our team is lean, collaborative, curious, and always looking for the next big idea.
The Role:
We're on the hunt for a Content Marketing Associate to join our team part-time (20 hrs/week). This is a contract position with the potential to grow into a full-time role for the right person. You'll be helping us create strong, strategic, and scroll-stopping content for both internal use and client campaigns.
If you love copywriting, brainstorming creative ideas, and know your way around a digital ad or two (TikTok and Google Ads? Even better!), you'll thrive here. This is a collaborative role, but you'll also have lots of room to run with your ideas.
What You'll Be Doing:
Write sharp, on-brand copy for ads, email, and social
Ideate and storyboard campaign concepts based on creative briefs
Draft hooks, headlines, CTAs, and angles for social ads
Create short-form content (TikToks, Reels, Stories) from raw footage
Help shape and test our content strategy across platforms
Support light ad builds and asset uploads in platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads (we'll train you if you're new to this!)
Stay plugged into trends and suggest fresh content directions
Who You Are:
A strong writer with a knack for persuasive, conversational copy
Curious, self-driven, and excited to learn
Passionate about social media and digital marketing
Comfortable juggling tasks and working independently
Great at spotting a strong hook or concept (and explaining whyit works)
Based in Canada and within ~2 hours of the Toronto timezone
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience running or supporting digital ads (especially on Google or TikTok)
Past agency experience
Familiarity with Slack, Asana, Canva, and basic video editing tools like CapCut
Can show examples of your writing, ads, or creative work

Compensation:
