Job Overview: We are looking for a creative and experienced Content Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience creating and implementing effective marketing strategies across various digital platforms. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and sharing valuable content to attract, inform, and engage our target audience, ultimately leading to increased brand loyalty and sales. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop engaging content that can be used in marketing or advertising campaigns. This may include blog posts, articles, social media posts, newsletters, videos, and podcasts, among other types of content. Content Strategy: Plan and implement a comprehensive content strategy to drive traffic, engagement, leads, and customer retention. SEO: Improve our online content considering SEO and Google Analytics. Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports. Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with the brand's identity, voice, and audience, maintaining a consistent brand message across all channels. Customer Engagement: Use content to build and maintain customer engagement, responding to comments, and receiving feedback. Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and make recommendations for adjustments to communications strategies and practices. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in content creation and marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
  • Proficient in content management systems (CMS), SEO principles, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with graphic design software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare or adult care industry is advantageous.
