Location: Montreal (day 1 onboarding onsite / in-office presence required)

Position Overview:
*** is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Content Management Specialist to join our HR Knowledge Management function. This role is essential in establishing robust governance frameworks and processes that ensure the integrity, accessibility, and strategic alignment of our knowledge assets, for accessibility by a variety of distribution channels including a GenAI Chatbot.
Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge Management:

  • Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to identify and address knowledge gaps, enhancing content quality and relevance.
  • Lead initiatives to standardize content formats and metadata, improving content discoverability and usability.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in knowledge management best practices, offering guidance and support to stakeholders.
  • Assist global HR product and service teams in transforming complex information into clear, user-friendly content, including policies, processes, and reference guides.
Governance and Process Management:
  • Support the implementation of governance frameworks to ensure consistent and effective management of knowledge assets.
  • Drive the content lifecycle management processes, including creation, review, approval, and archiving within a new content management system (CMS).
  • Analyze content performance metrics and change reports to identify opportunities for improvement and address any errors or necessary corrections.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and autonomy: proactive, ability to identify cause and effect, suggest logical next steps based on objectives.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail: ability to keep track of content changes across multiple teams, stakeholders, regions, and identify minor gaps or mistakes.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience using content management systems (CMS), preferably Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Experience in content management or a similar role.
  • Project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding (or curiosity to learn about) AI and LLMs.
