Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new partners
for cross-sales, content swaps, banner placements, and licensing opportunities.
Maintain and grow relationships
with existing partners, ensuring consistent performance and ongoing collaboration.
Manage and optimize
member area monetization
(banner spots, cross-sells, and internal promotions).
Coordinate with the
email marketing team
to plan and execute email blasts for partner and internal campaigns.
Track the performance of campaigns and placements;
analyze ROI
and adjust strategy accordingly.
Ensure
content licensing agreements
are upheld and refreshed as needed.
Work closely with the
design team
to deliver creative assets for banners, cross-sales, and emails.
Collaborate with
senior management
on revenue targets, reporting, and strategic growth planning.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in
affiliate marketing, business development, or partnership management
-- preferably in the digital content space.
Strong understanding of
monetization strategies
including email marketing, content licensing, and internal ad placements.
Excellent
communication and negotiation skills
.
Data-driven mindset; ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced industry environment.
Self-motivated, organized, and accountable.
Preferred Experience
Background in affiliate deal structures, rev-share models, or content licensing.
Experience working with content creators, networks, or platforms.
Familiarity with CMS systems, email platforms, and digital performance tools (e.g., Google Analytics, affiliate tracking dashboards, custom reporting tools).
