We are looking for a curious, driven, and organized

Content Enablement Lead

to help us shape the future of content development and delivery at Medcan. This is a new role that will focus on curating insights from our clinical experts and thought leaders to educate our clien ts, and orchestrating the systems, workflows, and technologies that bring high-impact content to life.


What You'll Do:



Act as a strategic content curator with an ear to the ground on emerging health topics, ensuring timely , relevant insights are delivered to clients in personalized formats aligned with their interests and engagement preferences. Lead integration of third-party content into Medcan's systems and workflows, ensuring clinical validation, brand consistency, and operational efficiency. Engage Medcan's clinical experts to surface timely , evidence-based insights on proactive health topics, delivering trusted guidance where Medcan has unique expertise . Collaborate with AI and technology teams to implement and evolve scalable content delivery solutions that uphold Medcan's quality standards. Stay ahead of AI-driven content and search trends, applying insights to keep Medcan's content relevant, discoverable, and client-centric. Maintain a centralized, well-organized content library and calendar, ensuring assets are tagged, version-controlled, and continuously refreshed. Track and analyze content performance metrics to guide ongoing optimization and inform strategic planning. Ensure all content reflects Medcan's brand voice, adheres to editorial and compliance standards, and aligns with current medical research and best practices. Support thought leadership and PR efforts by crafting presentations, speaking points, and coordinating external engagements. Represent the health content team on cross-functional initiatives, driving alignment with strategic priorities and delivery timelines.

What

You'll

Need:



3-5 years of experience in content , journalism or editorial production within a corporate environment or large media outlet Proven project management skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders Fluency in AI tools for content creation (e.g., generative writing, summarization, tagging), with a proactive approach to exploring new technologies Strong journalistic sensibility and curiosity to uncover and communicate compelling stories that resonate with target audiences Familiarity with health, wellness, or clinical environments is an asset Highly organized and self-directed, with excellent time management, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
