We assist individuals and couples on their journey to parenthood through our comprehensive egg donation, sperm donation, and surrogacy programs, providing full coordination, education, and compassionate support at every step. As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our digital presence and educational outreach.

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and professional On-Screen Content Creator / YouTuber to become the primary on-camera representative of Golden Lotus Fertility. The successful candidate will be provided with comprehensive training and a deeper understanding of our business model and fertility-related topics directly from the Founder, and to translate that expertise into high-quality educational and promotional content for our digital platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing, scripting, and presenting video content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other channels, supporting our goal of increasing awareness, engagement, and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary on-camera talent for educational and promotional videos. Receive comprehensive training and develop a strong understanding of Golden Lotus Fertility's business model and fertility services. Learn and accurately communicate fertility-related concepts through direct training with the Founder. Develop scripts, record, and edit video content for multiple social media platforms. Collaborate on content strategy, posting schedules, and audience engagement initiatives. Track performance metrics and optimize content to enhance growth and reach. Support brand initiatives and campaigns to increase visibility and community engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven experience creating professional video content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or similar platforms. Strong on-camera presence, confident communication skills, and ability to engage a diverse audience.

Fluency in English is required.

French & Chinese(Mandarin) proficiency is an asset.

Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple content projects. Comfortable learning and accurately conveying specialised medical and fertility-related information. Familiarity with social media analytics and growth strategies is an advantage.

Compensation

Project-based, tied to performance metrics including audience growth, engagement, and content impact. Additional incentives may be offered based on campaign success and content performance.
