Responsibilities

Content creation and production

Design, plan and produce

captivating photos and videos

highlighting Nolinor's life on board, flight operations and unique missions. Travel across Canada (and sometimes beyond) to

document flights, crews, and remote destinations

. Capturing

authentic moments

: sunrise take-offs, refueling in the North, gravel runway operations, everything that makes our industry magical.

Editing and post-production

Create impactful content that is consistent with the Nolinor brand. Carry out the complete editing of photos and videos (image, sound, colors, subtitles, formats), while remaining faithful to our brand Adapt content according to platforms (web, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).

Collaboration and storytelling

Working hand in hand with the marketing team and crews. Propose

creative ideas

and

original narrative angles

. To put people at ease in front of the camera, whether they are pilots, mechanics or travellers.

Requirements

You have 2

years or more of experience

in content creation (portfolio required). You have a

strong interest in aviation

and adventure. You like

to travel

, sometimes on the road or by plane, to destinations that are not very accessible. You master production

tools

: camera, microphone, light, drone (an asset). You are comfortable with software such as

Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or CapCut

. You are

creative, autonomous and curious

, with a great sense of detail. You are able to manage multiple projects and adapt to varied environments. You have a

proactive approach

, you tell stories that make you dream, and you are not afraid of the cold of the North or the mornings of flight! You have your equipment and are ready to take off!
