Job Summary:

We're hiring a full-time

Content Creator & Brand Strategist

to develop content for both our in-house media brand (Boostify) and client campaigns. This role combines creative ideation, on-camera presence, content strategy, and production support -- ideal for someone who's passionate about storytelling and wants to work directly with local brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Create short-form content for TikTok and Instagram (e.g. reviews, interviews, local experiences) Act as on-camera talent for media videos and social series Research trends and write creative scripts or video outlines Collaborate with the creative team to plan and execute client shoots Attend on-site shoots and assist with direction and coordination Support the marketing team with ideas for brand campaigns, ad creatives, and content calendars

Requirements:

Strong communication skills in English Comfortable and confident on camera Up-to-date with TikTok, Reels, and IG trends Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Able to attend on-site shoots across Toronto

Nice to Have:

Experience with brand storytelling or content strategy Familiarity with video shoot processes (directing, assisting, or basic filming) Interest in local business, food, lifestyle, or culture

Pay: $17.50-$25.00 per hour
