About the Role
This role is ideal for a creative professional with a sharp eye for design, storytelling, and photography. You will develop high-impact social media content, event marketing materials, and digital assets, while maintaining and expanding our brand's photo and video library.
Duties and Responsibilities
Design and publish compelling social media graphics, reels, videos, and promotional materials
Manage daily social media posts, engagement and content on various platforms
Assist with developing and maintaining the social media content calendar
Photograph products, events, and brand imagery to support digital campaigns
Edit and retouch photos to meet brand standards
Create event posters, digital ads, and marketing visuals that reflect our brand
Organize and maintain the company's growing brand asset library
Design marketing email layouts
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels
May require working weekends/off-site occasionally as needed
Performs other duties as required
The Ideal Candidate:
3-5 years' experience in graphic design, content creation, and photography
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom) and Canva Pro
Knowledage in Figma is an asset
Strong understanding of visual storytelling and social media best practices
Experience in product and lifestyle photography, including basic setup and lighting
Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (MailJet)
Ability to write clear, concise and compelling copy that reflects numerous unique brand voices
Proven video editing, motion graphics and animated content creation experience
Highly organized, detail-driven, and creative
Ability to distill complex subject matter into digestible, easy-to-understand content
Bonus Skills:
UX/UI design, experience in/with the fashion/beauty industry, familiarity with luxury branding
Education
Post-secondary education with a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or any other relevant field of study

Pay: $43,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
