We are looking for a creative and driven Content Creator / Digital Marketing Intern to help us share our story and connect with our audience across multi-platforms including digital and print. This is a dynamic internship designed to bridge academic learning with practical experience. The successful candidate will work closely with our Management team, contributing directly to our multi-platform content strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Communications
Strategy & Management:
Develop, update, and actively manage all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and TikTok), including daily monitoring and community engagement.
Brand Alignment:
Create consistent content that adheres to our brand voice and standards, effectively communicating the company's vision and commitment.
Growth & Engagement:
Implement tactics to grow followers and increase engagement across all platforms by staying current on platform trends and algorithms.
Community Connection:
Capture, edit, and promote content to market our products and upcoming events, as well as content from partnered sales distributors, engineers within our community.
Content Production & Multimedia
Visual Creation:
Plan, shoot, and edit original video and photo content that highlights our pump products, manufacturing processes and field installations initiatives.
Digital Design:
Create eye-catching graphics, banners, and digital assets using industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) or Canva.
Strategic Writing:
Write clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized copy for blogs, case studies, social captions, and web pages, translating complex technical and engineering topics into accessible narratives. This may include updating existing PowerPoint sales presentations with new content and images
Performance & Industry Focus
Analytics:
Track and analyze key social media metrics (e.g., reach, engagement rate) and contribute to performance reports using tools like Google Analytics to optimize future content strategy.
Industry Knowledge:
Research and develop content that aligns with trends in the pump manufacturing, wastewater, fluid transfer sectors.
Qualifications & What You'll Bring
Currently enrolled in final year or a recent graduate of a university or college program (e.g., Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, Journalism).
A strong portfolio showcasing your writing, visual design, and/or video editing capabilities.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (or equivalent professional editing software).
Strong understanding of social media best practices for both B2C and professional (B2B/LinkedIn) platforms.
Ability to work independently, manage project deadlines, and quickly adapt to a professional environment.
A genuine interest in the manufacturing and/or environmental industries is highly beneficial.
