Job Description

Koolatron is seeking a creative and motivated Content Writer / Content Creator to produce ecommerce, website, and social media content for licensed consumer products, including major appliances, small appliances, coolers, and wine fridges. This role combines strong writing skills with hands-on content creation, short-form video production, and website content management using a CMS platform. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage multiple projects while ensuring brand consistency across digital channels.

Responsibilities

Write and update ecommerce product titles, descriptions, and feature bullet points Create website content and maintain product pages using a CMS platform (ideally Shopify) Update and manage website content, images, and product information Create social media copy for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Concept, film, and edit short-form product and social media videos Produce product videos for ecommerce listings and digital marketing use Ensure all content aligns with licensed brand and visual guidelines Support new product launches with coordinated website, ecommerce, and social content Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams Stay current with social media and ecommerce content trends

Qualifications

Experience creating ecommerce, website, and social media content Hands-on experience managing websites using a CMS platform (e.g., Shopify, or similar) Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail Experience creating short-form video content for social platforms Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite Familiarity with using and applying visual brand guidelines Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently Experience with consumer products, appliances, or licensed brands is an asset
