Direct Report: Social Media Manager Job Purpose The role of the Content Copywriter is to support the Social Media Manager and content team in the
execution of written sports betting and casino content across multiple platforms. This role involves
creating, maintaining, and measuring content for Pinnacle\'s website (sportsbook and casino),
marketing emails, and social media accounts. Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and measure content for Pinnacle\'s website, marketing emails, and social media accounts
• Oversee the management of multiple external content providers and editorial pieces on a monthly basis
• Work with the Localization team to ensure content is translated to languages to service local markets
• Responsible for the ongoing management of our internal CMS platform
• Improve the reach of Pinnacle\xe2\x80\x99s content through social media (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Work in alignment with the content schedule and contribute new content ideas
• Measure content success metrics via Google Analytics
• Maintain and create new relationships with freelance contributors
• Work closely with the Social Media Manager to improve the reach of our content

Knowledge & Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3-5 years experience in writing and producing sports betting and casino related content
• Experienced in social media content creation
• Experienced with CMS platforms and common desktop publishing software (MS Office)
• Knowledge of sports betting and various casino games
• Knowledge of the sports betting industry and latest trends

Skills & Experience

• Excellent editorial skills and experience with producing various forms of written content
• Ability to produce content that engages users across different online formats \xe2\x80\x93 website, banners, multimedia, and email
• Ability to adapt tone of voice for different audiences and platforms
• Basic HTML editing skills and CMS authoring
• Experience with various social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Excellent time management skills
• Confident interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work well independently and in a team environment
• Familiarity with the basics of SEO
• Familiar with sports betting and casino terminology, as it relates to Pinnacle

Aptitude & Personal Qualities

• Passion for sports and content creation
• Experience working in regulated industries is considered a bonus but not a requirement
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must be highly self-motivated and well organized
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
