Job Overview


We are seeking a talented and motivated Communication Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in enhancing our organization's communication strategies, ensuring that our messaging is clear, engaging, and effective. This position requires a strong ability to convey information through various channels while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Duties



Content Strategy:

Coordinating with the Marketing Strategy Manager, develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals and brand voice including creating compelling written and visual content, editing, and proofreading material to maintain brand consistency and tone.

Monitor Performance:

Monitor and analyze content performance metrics on engagement rates from newsletters and communications to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.

Customer Communication

: Manage relationships with current and potential tenants through regular updates, newsletters, and one-on-one communication when necessary. Manage feedback loop from tenants and clients to continuously refine communication strategies.

Internal Communications

: Develop and implement campaigns for staff to increase buy in, leverage performance and reduce staff turnover.

Management: Responsible for mentoring and developing junior staff within the marketing division, fostering a culture of growth and learning.

Public Relations

: Develop media relationships, write press releases, and manage the company's reputation and PR strategy.

Event Coordination

: Organize webinars, meetings, and events to keep current and potential clients/tenants engaged and informed.

Sod turning/building launch events

: Schedule and Organize based on Project Milestones, assure stakeholder and media attendance, manage brand assets (branded shovels, hard hats etc)

Market Research

: Conduct research to understand the needs and preferences of tenants and potential clients to guide communication strategies and to keep us ahead of the curve.

Qualifications/Skills



Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in content creation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly for handling client relations. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences. Very Charismatic our forward face of the company Knowledge of PR, communications, and event management. Understanding of market trends and client behavior.
