The Travel Corporation is seeking motivated, customer-focused Contact Centre Sales Agents to join our remote sales team. In this role, you'll represent our portfolio of iconic travel brands and play a key part in creating exceptional guest experiences while achieving sales targets.
The Role
As a Contact Centre Sales Agent, you will manage inbound sales enquiries across phone, email, chat, and online channels. Using a consultative sales approach, you will identify customer needs, convert leads into bookings, and deliver a consistently high level of service.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound sales enquiries across multiple channels
Apply consultative selling techniques to recommend suitable travel products
Convert leads and maximize sales opportunities, including upselling
Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers
Accurately process bookings using systems such as Amadeus, Tropics, and Salesforce
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, destinations, and policies
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales goals
Provide support during high-volume periods as required
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in sales and customer service (call centre experience preferred)
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Comfortable working with multiple systems and technology
Results-driven, customer-focused, and self-motivated
Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required
Travel industry experience is an asset but not required
