Hands on config experience with the Contact centre platform
Cisco Webex CCE/UCCE Genesys Designer Live Person
Hands on experience with Java and Scripting languages.
Experience with Chat application development would be preferred Development environments

Rest API and Integration Java : Interacting with database back-end using JDBC under Apache Tomcat
SQL : SQL queries using joins, views, stored procedures, etc.JavaScript / HTM
