What You'll Do:



As a

Contact Center Agent

, you'll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out by phone, email, or online chat. You'll answer questions, give quotes, book services, and help people find the right waste solution for their home or business.

Your day-to-day:



Answer calls, emails, and website chats from customers. Provide pricing, explain services, and book deliveries. Enter details into our system accurately and follow up when needed. Work closely with Dispatch to make sure every job runs smoothly. Keep customers happy -- fast, friendly, and helpful service every time!

What We're Looking For:



1-2 years of customer service Friendly personality and strong communication skills. Good English - both speaking and writing. Comfortable working on a computer and using CRM and ERP systems. Organized, dependable, and able to multitask. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new things. Flexible availability - shifts between Monday and Sunday. Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle - our office is located in an industrial area without public transit. But we`re close to Anthony Henday Dr. , making the commute quick and easy from almost any part of the city. And NO, this isn`t warehouse or shop environment - we work in a clean, comfortable office with an amazing, friendly team that supports each other every day.
