BrassRock Consulting Inc is a Management Consulting and CFO services firm with the sole purpose of helping companies grow or aiding companies through succession planning. Our approach is composed of understanding all the various ways to move a company, and with financial rigor and a deep understanding of our clients desires and interests, work together to continually ensure our client is on their most ideal path. The Consultant/CFO role requires a candidate who has an open mind, strong financial acumen, excellent communication abilities and an interest in teaching while maintaining a deep compassion for what it takes to build a business. The candidate must be able to understand the client\xe2\x80\x99s business, work with the client to identify strategic opportunities and issues, build the correct strategic and financial solutions and know how to apply the solutions within the constraints of the client\xe2\x80\x99s business. Beyond the above the successful candidate will have the following

• Bachelor\'s degree in finance, accounting
• MBA and/or CPA an asset
• CFO experience or equivalent work experience an asset
• Previous management consulting experience an asset
• Clear understanding of bookkeeping and accrual accounting concepts
• Superior ability in interpreting financial statements with minimum 5 years experience
• Client facing experience working with entrepreneurs with a minimum 3 to 5 years
• Advanced level knowledge in Excel
• Practical experience working with debt and equity instruments
