The

Consultant, Real Estate Services

plays a pivotal role in advising clients on acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio optimization through UnlockLand's AI-powered tools. This role blends traditional real estate expertise with advanced data analytics to help institutional clients and developers make confident, data-backed investment and development decisions.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Lead and execute strategic analyses for real estate portfolios, including acquisition, leasing, and disposition strategies using UnlockLand's platform. Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for real estate advisory projects. Use AI-generated zoning, market, and financial insights to prepare feasibility reports, scenario analyses, and development recommendations. Support clients in lease renewals, option evaluations, and land transactions by providing data-driven risk and value assessments. Collaborate with UnlockLand's data and AI teams to refine predictive analytics, ensuring output accuracy and client relevance. Oversee and deliver customized client reports that integrate mapping, financial modeling, and regulatory intelligence. Participate in presentations, proposals, and workshops to educate clients on leveraging AI for smarter real estate decisions.

Knowledge & Skills

Bachelor's degree in

Real Estate, Urban Planning, Finance, Geography, or related field

(Master's degree preferred).

5-10 years

of experience in

commercial real estate, leasing, investment analysis, or corporate real estate consulting

. Strong analytical skills and comfort with

financial modeling, GIS tools, and data interpretation

. Demonstrated client management and negotiation experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual (English/French) an asset. Proficiency with

Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint

, and familiarity with

PropTech platforms

or

AI tools

. Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment.

Licenses and/or Professional Accreditation

Valid

Real Estate License

(Broker or Salesperson) in Canada or the U.S. preferred. CFA, CCIM, or PMP designation considered an asset.
