You will impact customers with innovative solutions and support their journey here at Softchoice.What you'll do:Role model our values of personal growth, customer passion, taking care of others & owning the end resultYou will work closely with our pre-sales architects and sales teams to meet with customers, develop a deep understanding of their objectives and spot new opportunities when possible.You will have the opportunity to work in a highly visible customer-facing role.You will have the opportunity to put your workplace and cloud expertise to work, supporting a detailed, actionable Statement of Work alongside our architects and project managers.You will do this by staying on top of new trends, technology updates and the minutiae of core cloud and workplace technologies.You will also continually fine-tune your delivery, adoption, and problem-solving skills along the wayWhat you'll bring to the table:A curious mindset, willing to ask the right questions to provide customers with the best possible solutionA problem solver with the capability to uncover & address the root cause of an issueA highly organized & proactive work ethic that puts responsiveness to customers firstPassion for building strong, trust-based relationships with customers and dedication to driving great CXExperience within the Microsoft ecosystem, focused primarily on Microsoft 365 Security and ComplianceWorking knowledge of Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint/CloudWorking knowledge of Entra ID and Active Directory, with integrations into Multi-Factor Authentication engines.Working knowledge of Microsoft Sentinel is considered a plusBachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.4+ years of implementation consulting experience delivering engagements within the Microsoft ecosystem.Not sure if you qualify?
