What you will do
We are seeking talented and energetic candidates to join our Advisory, Management Consulting team as a Consultant Intern/Co-op starting in January 2024 to April 2024 and Full time Consultant working in our Management Consulting practice in Montreal. You will have the opportunity to work across industries to take on challenging and groundbreaking projects. From analyzing and assessing business processes to improving client performance, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be building strong relationships with our people and developing professional skills that will help set you up for success.

Customer
KPMG\'s Customer Experience and Strategy team has developed some of the best digital tools, methods and frameworks available. Our expertise lies in designing relevant customer experiences and omnichannel strategies that align with our partners\' business context and equip them for growth. Our projects involve co-defining strategy, technology, design and business processes from a customer experience perspective. Our main activities consist of :
-Defining and implementing a customer experience strategy and program
-Assessing, implementing and optimizing unified commerce
-Developing personas and user journeys
-Creating a digital vision and planning the development and deployment of a transformation roadmap
- Defining cutting-edge strategies that enable organizations to fully leverage new technologies (e.g. Metaverse) and their innovation functions
We are looking for digital strategists who are passionate about orchestrating experiences and digital transformation of organizations.
