About The Role

The Consultant Experience Specialist is part of the People Team and reports directly into the People Experience Team Lead. The position is based at FDM Toronto\'s Head Quarters, in Toronto, ON. The team is primarily responsible for regularly communicating with consultants and providing guidance and support to ensure they have a positive employee experience on client site. In addition, Consultant Experience Specialists are encouraged to analyze employee feedback and make recommendations to the People Team and Sales team to further improve the consultants onsite experience.

The Consultant Experience Specialist must have strong verbal and written communication skills, have a confident and positive attitude, as well as being a highly organized and self-motivated. They must be able to work in a busy and dynamic environment, building a solid rapport with all parts of the business that affects FDM\'s consultant experience. Delivery of a fantastic consultant experience is underpinned by the Specialist\'s responsibility to provide a highly professional level of on-going support, before but mainly during the consultant\'s placement on client sites. Liaison with the client, the consultant and account manager is critical to ensuring a quality experience while resolving potential areas of concern or difficulty in advance

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for all consultant queries and help resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Regularly provide support, guidance, and mentorship to onsite consultants on a variety of topics
  • Regularly reaching out to consultants via phone, email communication and in-person meetings at pre-determined touchpoints
  • Work with the wider People Team to identify and resolve employee issues that may arise onsite (performance, professional skills etc.)
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to review consultant feedback data and implement new programs/initiative to further support them on client site
  • Liaise and partner with FDM\'s network of on-site Consultant Peer Support (CPS)
  • Regularly arrange and participate in fun consultant engagement events and initiatives
  • Coordinate FDM\'s consultant recognition program for outstanding consultants on client site
  • Support FDM\'s Alumni Program by managing post-contract debriefs and updating records
  • Complete day to day documentation/administrative tasks
