Your mission will be to:

  • Dive deep into our clients\xe2\x80\x99 cultures, uncovering their distinct strengths and opportunities.
  • Develop and articulate powerful employee value propositions and employer brand strategies.
  • Guide the creative development and execution of employer brand concepts and activations in close collaboration with our team.
  • Deliver project excellence, ensuring our solutions are tailored to each client\'s unique business objectives and cultural landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional client support, collaborating with the team on employer branding, cultural insights, and HR initiatives.
  • Undertake comprehensive research, including employee surveys, focus groups, and market analysis.
  • Craft a diverse range of content: detailed reports, employee value propositions, talent personas, key messaging, and dynamic social media content.
  • Manage and coordinate projects with precision.
  • Present insights compellingly, conduct interviews, lead focus groups, and facilitate training sessions.
  • Drive the implementation of best practices and streamline operational efficiencies.

About You: You\'re an ideal fit if you:
  • Have a background in Human Resources, Employee Communications, Research, Marketing, or Social Media. A blend of these is a bonus.
  • Possess stellar communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
  • Are analytical, tech-savvy, and approach work with confidence and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excel in organization and multitasking, adept at handling multiple projects and tight deadlines.

  • Are comfortable with a primarily remote-work role, including occasional travel, when feasible.
