We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our growing team. As a Consultant, e-Learning, your work will have a big impact on the achievement of our goals. People will count on you to be an energetic and creative individual who can design and develop various learning courses for OPL, Personal Lines. You're passionate about everything related to learning and creating engaging digital solutions. You're a curious individual looking to implement the use of various learning and development approaches including technology in your instructional design projects. You are a dependable partner who can successfully apply adult learning best practices to complete deliverables in a timely manner. This is a full-time position available at all Intact offices across Canada.

What you'll do here:



Collaborate in setting learning objectives and participate in the ideation process. Cultivate partnerships with subject matter experts to design and execute cutting-edge digital learning strategies. Produce various types of educational materials that meet participant needs. Contribute to the creation of original and diverse learning scenarios. Develop tests to assess participants' skills levels. Use appropriate computer and technology tools according to the mandates and learning contexts. Integrate and synchronize text, images, and sound in authoring software - Articulate 360 Rise and Storyline. Create motion design multimedia animations Leverage our technologies to maximize engagement and learning effectiveness. Manage projects and regularly update the team. Measure and report on the success and impact of digital learning initiatives using data-driven insights. Maintain consistency and promote adoption across all digital learning projects in alignment with strategic objectives. Stay informed on technological trends that can enhance learning experiences.

What you bring to the table:



Bachelor's degree in educational science, information and communications technology, or equivalent work experience, including experience in the field of design and multimedia. Minimum of 3 years of experience in multimedia or e-learning design. Resourceful, creative, imaginative, capable of efficiently finding solutions Strong organizational skills, able to respond quickly to needs, and meet tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking skills. Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships. Understand and differentiate the different e-Learning models and formats (Microlearning, e-learning, Rapid eLearning, SCORM, xAPI, Vyond, etc.). Medium to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, etc.). Strong expertise in Articulate Storyline and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), like Workday. Experience with generative AI technologies to enhance digital design and learning experiences; able to learn new software quickly. Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset. Need to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking clients and colleagues across the country. For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country. No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
