L\'unit\xc3\xa9 d\'Ing\xc3\xa9nierie du R\xc3\xa9seau Central (CNE), qui fait partie int\xc3\xa9grante de BCSS, s\'agrandit dans notre site R&D de Montr\xc3\xa9al pour contribuer davantage \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9volution des produits de r\xc3\xa9seau central 5G.

Pour soutenir et permettre aux fournisseurs de services de passer au logiciel cloud natif et d\'op\xc3\xa9rations automatis\xc3\xa9es, nous recherchons un consultant de solution pour joindre notre \xc3\xa9quipe de Service pr\xc3\xa8s du Produit (PNS) qui supporte notre produit Serveur de droits s\xc3\xa9curis\xc3\xa9 (SES).

Un aper\xc3\xa7u de votre r\xc3\xb4le:

  • Soutenir l\'engagement pr\xc3\xa9-vente sur le service (estimation de l\'effort requis, mod\xc3\xa8le de livraison, plan de projet, etc.)
  • \xc3\x89tudier et comprendre en profondeur les d\xc3\xa9tails du flux de sc\xc3\xa9narios du produit SES et des solutions pertinentes, version apr\xc3\xa8s version.
  • Travailler et livrer la conception de la solution client (HLD, LLD, TOL, etc.) dans la phase d\'ex\xc3\xa9cution du contrat.
  • Soutenir l\'\xc3\xa9quipe d\'Int\xc3\xa9gration de Solution (SI) sur les flux de sc\xc3\xa9narios de solutions et de d\xc3\xa9pannage approfondi.
  • Interfacer et collaborer avec les principales parties prenantes (PNS, R&D, Ligne de Produit, MA/CU).
  • Contribuer et/ou participer aux outils de PNS, fa\xc3\xa7ons de travailler et toutes les am\xc3\xa9liorations possibles.
  • Fournir des commentaires \xc3\xa0 la R&D sur l\'am\xc3\xa9lioration des produits et l\'assurance qualit\xc3\xa9 du produit.
  • Participer au d\xc3\xa9ploiement du produit et \xc3\xa0 l\'assistance avant et apr\xc3\xa8s le lancement des contrats cl\xc3\xa9s.
  • D\xc3\xa9velopper constamment de nouvelles comp\xc3\xa9tences techniques et les partager avec l\'organisation.
  • \xc3\x89tudier le comprendre l\'application du produit pour chaque client.
  • \xc3\x8atre membre de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe d\'assistance t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phonique 24/7 sur la gestion des urgences sur les sites actifs (Live). (au besoin)
  • Possiblement voyager d\xc3\xa9pendamment des besoins clients (10% du temps).
Qualifications et comp\xc3\xa9tences requises:
  • Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at ou ma\xc3\xaetrise en informatique, g\xc3\xa9nie informatique ou niveau de connaissances \xc3\xa9quivalent.
  • Un minimum de 3 ans sur la conception et la livraison de solutions client ainsi que le support de logiciel sur les flux logiques et d\'affaire.
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience de la conception de solutions client et/ou de l\'analyse des besoins. Par exemple : description de haut niveau (HLD), description de bas niveau (LLD), liste d\'objets de test (TOL), etc.
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience de la planification et de l\'ex\xc3\xa9cution de projets en tant que contributeur majeur. Pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rence avec d\xc3\xa9monstration de leadership.
  • Une exp\xc3\xa9rience en tant que staff de support, d\xc3\xa9veloppeur logiciel ou testeur (QA).
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience de travail avec Linux et familiarit\xc3\xa9 avec SUSE ou RHEL, etc.
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience de d\xc3\xa9pannage r\xc3\xa9seau sur TCP/IP/http et familiarit\xc3\xa9 avec OpenSSL/HTTPS.
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience avec de la virtualisation et du cloud, exp\xc3\xa9rience pratique sur KVM, VMware, Kubernetes, etc.
  • Bonne exp\xc3\xa9rience de script avec Python, Shell, Perl, etc.
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience avec les bases de donn\xc3\xa9es PostgreSQL, Oracle, Mysql, etc.
  • Comprendre et capable de lire du code java, Node.js, C++
  • Compr\xc3\xa9hension du r\xc3\xa9seau de t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9communications, y compris Core Network.
  • Excellente ma\xc3\xaetrise de l\'anglais \xc3\xa9crit et parl\xc3\xa9.
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience avanc\xc3\xa9e de configuration/r\xc3\xa9glage des bases de donn\xc3\xa9es.
  • Compr\xc3\xa9hension de LDAP/Diameter/SNMP
  • Connaissance des r\xc3\xa9seaux Radio et Access.

About this opportunity

Innovating beyond the confines of physical devices to a future where cloud technology connects and improves the human experience is the core foundation of our Ericsson Cloud Software & Services (BCSS) team. Core network engineering, which is an integral part of BCSS, is growing in our Montreal R&D unit to further supply to the evolution of 5G core network products.

To support and enable service providers with their transition to cloud native software and automated operations, we are looking for a solution consultant to join our Product Near Service team supporting the Secure Entitlement Server (SES) product.

What you will do
  • Support pre-sales engagement on service (effort estimation, delivery model, project plan etc.)
  • Deeply study and understand SES product and relevant solution call flow details, release over release.
  • Work and deliver customer solution design (HLD, LLD, TOL etc.) in contract fulfillment phase.
  • Support SI team for solution call flows and deep level troubleshooting.
  • Interface and collaboration with key stakeholders (PNS, R&D, Product Line, MA/CU).
  • Contribute and/or participate to PNS asset tools, WoW and all possible improvement.
  • Provide feedback to R&D on product improvement and product quality assurance.
  • Participate in Product deployment and support before and after launch for key contract fulfillment.
  • Constantly develop new technical skills and sharing with organization.
  • Study and understand product application in each customer business flow.
  • Part of 24/7 hotline team and live site emergency handling (if needed).
  • Possibility to travel depending on customer needs (10% of your time)
You will bring
  • Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 3 years on customer solution design and delivery as well as SW product support on business flow and logic.
  • Experience on customer solution design and/or requirement analysis. Eg. High Level Description (HLD), Low Level Description (LLD), Test Object List (TOL), etc.
  • Experience on project planning and execution as major contributor, preference with leadership background.
  • A background in Solution Architect, Senior Support Staff, Senior Tester (QA)
  • Working experience on Linux, familiar with SUSE or RHEL etc.
  • Network troubleshooting experience on TCP/IP/HTTP, familiar with OpenSSL/HTTPs.
  • Good Knowledge on Virtualization and Cloud, have practice on KVM, VMware, Kubernetes etc.
  • Good Scripting experience and practice on Python, Shell, or Perl etc.
  • Experience with Database PostgreSQL, oracle, Mysql, etc.
  • Understand programming languages in Java, Node.js, C++
  • Understanding of Telecom Network, including Code Network.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Advance Databases configuration/tuning experience.
  • Understanding of LDAP/Diameter/SNMP
  • Knowledge of Radio and Access networks
  • Certifications in public cloud technologies
