What You'll Be Doing

The Consultant, Analytics & Automation role is in analytics and automation team of operations transformation. As part of the Client Operations team, the Consultant in the Operations Transformation team is accountable for providing in-depth advice/consultation to management and designated clients, within an area of specialization. The incumbent will assist in the resolution of routine and non-routine operational problems or issues by investigating, analyzing and providing an informed and independent opinion or recommendation on compliance issues, changes to policies, adequacy of operational controls, risk assessment, and control activities.

Develop or support the development of detailed, structured and complete business requirements and manage the requirements through the project lifecycle. Define & support a formal documentation strategy within the project. Leverage tools developed by operations transformation to document current/future state, including but not limited to; workflow modeling, use case analysis and data modeling.

Recommend solution to the business problem at hand and develop the agreed upon POC.

Leverage self-serve tools including but not limited to Python, Alteryx, Tableau, ADO, MS-Power-Automate, & VBA to develop solutions.

Control and contribute to projects through development and implementation phases.

Provide post-implementation management and support. Ensure adequate post-implementation user support and on-going training efforts.

Communicate across many functional areas to actively engage stakeholders and manage expectations.

How You'll Succeed

Automation development - Develop self-serve automation capabilities using enterprise tools including and not limited to Alteryx, Python, Tableau, ADO, MS Power-Automate etc.

Analyzing Business Requirements - Research and analyze specialized information and recommend solutions to issues and problems that arise during the ongoing operation of business.

Relationship Management - Develop and maintain productive relationships with designated clients, peers including liaising with external service suppliers and clients to resolve problems/inquiries.

Project Management - Lead projects of a moderate level of complexity to enhance and upgrade new and existing programs, products or services by researching relevant data and developing proposals and recommendations.

Analytics development - Lead analytics development projects with key stakeholders and business specialists.
