Duties and Responsibilities:
Work sites may vary but expect a mix of new home builds, renos, demo sites, and everything in between. If you like variety, you'll fit right in.
The key job functions are:

• Carpentry/Framing - Reading blueprints, measuring twice, cutting once
• Concrete - Helping mix, pour, and break up concrete like a pro
• Demolition - Channel your inner wrecking crew-tearing down walls, hauling debris
• Site Clean-Up - Wrapping up the day by making the job site shine.
• General Labour - Lifting heavy materials (50+ lbs) and being the go-to for physical support
• Janitorial - Keeping sites clean, safe, and organized

Education:

• High School or Equivalent (considered an asset but not mandatory)

Qualifications:

• A solid work ethic-you show up on time and get things done
• Reliability and commitment-we need people we can count on
• Team player mindset-you've got each other's backs
• Strong communication-clear, respectful, and proactive
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle - a huge plus since many sites are not transit-accessible

Experience:

• Entry level roles available - No experience required!
• Carpentry/framing experience preferred (strong asset)
• Electrical experience preferred (asset)

Base Salary: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on assignment

• Temporary employees are payrolled weekly via direct deposit.

Work Hours: FLEXIBLE - depending on assignment

• Day shifts
• Monday - Friday (occasional weekend shifts available)
• Up to 40+ hours per week
• Part time opportunities available - 1-3 days per week

• This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
