Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team

Duties

Assist with site preparation, including unloading materials and setting up equipment Carry out manual labor such as digging, lifting, and moving materials Maintain a clean and safe work environment by clearing debris and adhering to safety protocols Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure project timelines are met Assist with loading and unloading supplies and equipment as needed

Requirements

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures and protocols Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team Reliable transportation to job sites; valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different construction environments Prior experience in construction or related fields is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
