Construction Worker
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Construction Worker to join our team for apartment and condo renovations. The ideal candidate has experience in drywall installation, painting, tile work, baseboards, and door installation. Most of our renovation projects are located in downtown Vancouver, so applicants should be comfortable commuting to job sites in this area. Responsibilities:
Install and repair drywall (taping, mudding, sanding).
Perform interior painting with attention to detail.
Lay tiles for floors, walls, and backsplashes.
Install baseboards, trim, and doors with precision.
Assist with general renovation tasks as needed.
Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
Experience in apartment/condo renovations preferred.
Knowledge of drywall, painting, and tiling.
Ability to use power tools and hand tools safely.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Reliable transportation to job sites.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions.
