has 40 years of continuous expansion and success. Specializing in building envelope restoration and waterproofing, A-1 Restoration delivers exceptional service and proven, cost-effective installation and repairs on multi-unit residential and commercial buildings and parking structures.

We are looking to hire skilled construction caulkers to join our team of restoration professionals on a project in

London, ON

.

The ideal candidate will have previous caulking experience, specifically related to window & door replacements and panel joint caulking.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1-2 years of experience with window and door caulking (interior and/or exterior), including intermediate finish bead panel joint caulking experience is preferred Previous experience doing building restoration a definite asset Required certifications: Working at Heights, Elevated Work Platform (Boom/Aerial Lift), WHMIS 2015, MOL Safety in 4 Steps (free online) Previous elevated work platform and/or swing stage experience is preferred Ability to work at heights and outdoors Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs (lifting heavy equipment, ropes, etc.) Positive attitude and willingness to complete a variety of tasks

Pay Rate:

Up to $31.09/hour depending on skills and experience.
