Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new skills on the job.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and clean-up of construction sites. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Help with the installation of structures, fixtures, and other construction elements. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is a plus but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction work. Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
