Hiring: Experienced Renovation Labourer

Full-Time, Permanent - Valley Home Improvements (Markdale, ON)

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable renovation labourer to join our professional team. This position is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience in residential construction who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys working on a variety of projects.

What you will be doing:

Demo and framing Roofing and insulation Siding, soffit, and fascia Windows and doors installation Flooring and tiling Interior finishes Deck and railing construction Renovations of all types (bathrooms, kitchens, basements, etc.) Custom homes, additions, garages, and other residential projects

What you bring:

Minimum 3 years of residential construction experience (framing, finishing, siding, decks, renovations, etc.) Strong skills in cutting, measuring, lifting, and material handling Punctual and dependable Positive and professional attitude Ability to work well in a team environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Comfortable working in various weather conditions Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract Required tools: tool belt, CSA safety boots, tape measure, square, and hammer

Schedule:

Monday to Friday No weekends

Location:

Our office is based in Markdale, Ontario, with job sites within a 45-minute area.
