WHAT YOU'LL LEARN AND DO

Construction Skills You'll Develop:

Framing, carpentry, and concrete work Finishing techniques: drywall, painting, trim work Tool operation and equipment handling Project planning and problem-solving Safety protocols and quality standards

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Site preparation and material handling Supporting skilled tradespeople on various tasks Maintaining clean, organized work sites Quality control to meet our high standards Following safety procedures and wearing required PPE
