We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will assist with various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. You will work alongside skilled tradespeople and contribute to the overall success of our construction projects. Ideal candidates should be physically fit, reliable, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed. Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks accurately. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Help with the installation of structures, frameworks, and other building components. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills

Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Basic knowledge of construction processes and materials is preferred but not required. Ability to follow directions accurately and work as part of a team. Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members. Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 - 60 per week
