Responsibilities

Assist with site preparation, including unloading materials and setting up tools and equipment Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary materials and tools during construction activities Help with the installation of building components under supervision Maintain a clean and organized work site to promote safety and efficiency Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and equipment usage Support team members with various tasks as needed to ensure project timelines are met

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or training in construction is a plus Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Basic understanding of construction safety practices is preferred but not required Prior experience in construction or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory Valid driver's license or G1 willing to take Drivers license
