Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to following safety protocols on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment.
• Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Operate hand and power tools as directed by supervisors.
• Follow instructions from construction managers and foremen to ensure project specifications are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.
• Help with the installation of structures, fixtures, and other components as needed.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to minimize risks on-site.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety practices in the construction industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
