Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual for the position of . This role is essential in supporting various construction and restoration projects, requiring a broad range of skills in carpentry, masonry, and general maintenance person tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team to ensure high-quality results.

Duties

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute construction plans accurately. Perform concrete forming and rebar installation for various projects. Execute restoration tasks that may include cabinetry installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and construction painting. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently. Conduct masonry work as needed, including bricklaying and stonework. Engage in roofing activities to ensure structural integrity and weatherproofing. Apply caulking for sealing gaps in structures to enhance durability. Assist with plumbing and electrical tasks as required by project specifications. Participate in assembly tasks for various construction components. Carry out heavy lifting duties as necessary to facilitate project completion.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction, carpentry, woodworking, or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with CNC machinery is a plus but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of construction estimating practices to assist in project planning. Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the workday. Previous maintenance person experience is highly desirable, showcasing versatility across multiple trades. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
