Duties

Perform framing, drywall installation, taping, mudding, and sanding Execute painting projects with precision and attention to clean finishing Install a variety of flooring materials (laminate, vinyl, hardwood, or tile) Handle tile installation including proper alignment, spacing, and grouting Follow detailed project plans and timelines while maintaining a clean, organized worksite Collaborate effectively with team members and maintain a positive, respectful work environment

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of experience in construction or renovation Strong understanding of framing, drywall, and finishing standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Safety-oriented mindset and ability to follow site procedures

Bonus Skills (Highly Preferred)

Cabinet installation (kitchen or bathroom) Carpet installation
