Key Responsibilities:

Install interlocking stone, pavers, slabs, curbs, borders, and steps according to plans and specifications. Prepare and grade base materials using compactors, laser levels, and screeds. Build retaining walls and other structural features with proper drainage and alignment. Cut and shape pavers using masonry saws and hand tools. Ensure finished work meets quality standards, is level, and properly aligned. Maintain a clean and safe worksite throughout the day. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment. Work collaboratively with site supervisors and crew members. Perform repairs or adjustments to previously laid interlock if required. planting , mulching, sod laying concrete and form setting knowledge is a big bonus

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years

of interlock or landscape construction experience preferred. Strong understanding of base preparation, grading, and drainage principles. Ability to read landscape drawings and site plans. Skilled in using hand tools, plate compactors, and cutting equipment. Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs, work in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites. Certifications (e.g., ICPI) are an asset but not required. 183 Member card is an asset Will need to run a crew!

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
