Duties

Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing systems and identify areas for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop technical specifications Design, test, and implement new software applications or enhancements to existing systems Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation Document processes, procedures, and technical specifications for future reference Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that align with organizational goals

Skills

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is preferred Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Effective communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Experience with database management systems like SQL Server or Oracle is a plus Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices is desirable Prior experience in a technology analyst or similar role is advantageous

Pay: $85,000.00 per year
