What You'll Be Doing







Leveraging Advanced Surveying Technology


You will utilize high-precision equipment including Trimble robotic total stations, GNSS, 3D laser scanners and drones to capture accurate field data. Meanwhile, collaborating with some of the most knowledgeable and astute CAD Technicians in the industry.




Executing High-Precision Surveys


You will deliver with the specificity and quality Apex Geomatics has become known for. On this project, you will provide pinpoint layout and as-builts for foundations, anchor bolts, structural steel, and critical piping systems. You will expertly deliver professional reporting by preparing detailed field notes and technical documentation to support field-to-office workflows and deliverables. You will interpret construction drawings and specifications to ensure layouts align with design. You will apply QA/QC best practices to verify data accuracy, cross-check control, and validate field measurements.

What You'll Bring to the Team







Competency


A diploma in Civil Engineering or Geomatics Technology (or equivalent field experience) and at least 3 years of construction surveying experience.




Proficiency


Skillful in the use of Trimble equipment and software, and have excellent communication skills.




Compliance


A valid Class 5 Driver's Licence and the ability to pass pre-access drug and alcohol screening.
