Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Support Person to join our team. This role is essential in providing assistance to various construction projects, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Responsibilities

Assist construction teams with daily tasks and project needs. Pick up materials and dispose of waste with company truck . Site Clean up with some demolition and digging work. Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary resources and assistance. Help in the setup and breakdown of job sites as required. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project timelines are met. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines on-site.

Experience

Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred with a basic knowledge of construction materials. Familiarity with basic hand tools and equipment is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and processes. Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain attention to detail.

Pay: $25.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
