TRS Staffing Solutions has exciting opportunities for a Construction Support - Earthwork role to work for one of Canada's top employers and a global leader in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management industry.
Qualifications:
Planning Expertise

• Extensive background in heavy civil construction planning.
• Skilled in large-scale excavation projects, including drill-and-blast operations.
• Experience with construction of earthen tailings dams up to 100 meters high, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Proven ability to manage mobilization of fleets exceeding 150-ton capacity, including logistics and infrastructure setup.
• Brings 15-20 years of practical experience in earthworks and related disciplines.
• Familiarity with high-altitude project execution (above 3,500 meters) considered an asset.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is advantageous.

Project Development

• Strong capability in early-stage site development to support major contractor mobilization for earthworks.
• Expertise in scheduling and managing production for large-scale earthmoving operations.

• Position is based in Vancouver and focused on planning responsibilities.
