Join IGV Housing - Shaping the Future of Home Construction
IGV Housing is redefining how homes are built in Canada. As a company committed to innovation, sustainability, and affordability, we are transforming traditional construction practices and introducing smarter, more efficient ways to deliver quality homes across the country.
We believe that home ownership and secure housing change lives. It strengthens families, stabilizes neighbourhoods, and creates a foundation for generational opportunity. Delivering homeownership to communities is central to our purpose. To achieve this, we've developed a patented hybrid construction methodology, built an industry-leading high-tech automated manufacturing facility, and assembled a world-class team to deliver a systemized approach to construction that enables durable, beautiful homes at substantially lower cost.
Canada needs more than new housing--it needs a better way to build it. IGV Housing is meeting that challenge by partnering with developers, governments, and communities to expand access to future-ready housing while strengthening local economies and reducing environmental impact.
Our team is driven by purpose, grounded in collaboration, and united by a shared commitment to creating meaningful change in the housing sector. Join us as we build the next generation of Canadian housing--and the teams that will help shape its future.
