Summary

Donysh Flooring is seeking a skilled and motivated

Supervisor/Forman

to join our growing team. This key position plays a crucial role in overseeing our construction projects--ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

You will be responsible for leading job sites, coordinating teams, and ensuring that all operations align with project goals and regulatory requirements. With a strong pipeline of work in flooring, high-rise buildings, and commercial developments, we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily on-site construction operations and ensure project timelines are met Coordinate subcontractors, construction crews, and material deliveries Schedule and manage job assignments and monitor project milestones Attend foreman meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders Conduct regular site inspections for quality control and safety compliance Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans accurately Utilize construction management software (ProCore, Autodesk) for reporting and documentation Collaborate with project managers and clients to resolve any on-site issues Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven experience

as a Construction Supervisor or similar role

Hands-on experience

in Tile &

flooring

in high

-rise

, and

commercial

construction projects will be an asset Proficient with

ProCore

,

Autodesk

,

Microsoft Excel

, and

Outlook

Strong

organizational skills

and attention to detail Complete small deliveries to site as needed Excellent

project coordination

and

job scheduling

abilities Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills Must hold valid

Work at Heights

and

Supervisor Health & Safety

certificates Must have a

reliable vehicle

and

valid driver's license

Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols and building codes
